Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the NextChat platform and all messaging channels we provide.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NextChat platform you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

You may use NextChat only for lawful business communication. You are responsible for obtaining valid customer opt-in before sending WhatsApp, SMS, RCS or voice messages, and for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable telecom regulations.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Billing & Payments

Panel access is free. Messaging is billed on usage at the rates published on our pricing page, plus applicable Meta and carrier charges. Invoices are payable as per the plan selected, and taxes apply where relevant.

Acceptable Use

Spam, misleading content, illegal offerings, and any use that risks the suspension of the WhatsApp Business Platform are prohibited. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of Liability

NextChat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
